Noxon Public Schools

Achieving Excellence

  • Noxon Public Schools Mission Statement

    Through a shared commitment,
the mission of Noxon School District is to help
all students reach their full potential
and to promote learning as a life-long process.
Noxon is located across a one-lane bridge off Montana Highway 200, about 12 miles from the Idaho border.  Our school educates approximately 200 students, Pre-kindergarten through twelfth grade, serving the communities of Heron, Noxon, and Trout Creek.

Noxon Schools will be moving to remote learning beginning Monday, March 30. Our building will continue to be closed through April 10th. More information on teacher office hours and how they will be assigning school work will be available soon. Please have your child check their school email for information from their teachers. We will be continuing to provide free meals weekdays through pick-up and drop off. Beginning Monday March 30th we will be changing to delivery by school bus.

    • If your student rides a bus, their regular bus will be arriving at their stop 3 hours later than the normally scheduled morning pickup time. At that time meals and school work packets (if applicable) will be handed to you or your child.

    • If your student does not ride the bus, pickup for meals will remain at 11:00 am - 11:30 am in front of the school.

For more information, to sign up for meals or if you have questions please contact the school at 847-2442. -Mr. Martin, Superintendent
