Noxon Public Schools to Interview Two Candidates for Superintendent Position

Noxon, MT – The Noxon Board of Trustees is excited to announce that two highly qualified candidates have been selected for interviews for the position of Superintendent of Noxon Public Schools. Board Chair Amber Miskowitz expressed optimism about the upcoming interviews, stating, “We are hopeful that one of the candidates will be a great fit to lead our District.”

The two candidates, presented in alphabetical order by last name, bring a wealth of experience and leadership within the educational field.

Tracy Anderson Pare

With over twenty years of experience in education, Tracy Anderson Pare has held various K-12 administrative leadership roles, including Principal, Superintendent/Principal, Assistant Principal, and Title I Director. Her diverse background includes tenures in several districts across Montana and Wyoming, such as Miles City Public Schools, Melstone Public Schools, Platt County School District (WY), Big Horn County School District (WY), and Havre Public Schools. Tracy holds a Master of Education in Leadership and a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Montana State University, as well as a Library Endorsement from the University of Montana Western.

Jim Mepham

Jim Mepham brings significant experience in educational administration, having served as the School Superintendent for Eureka Public Schools from 2006 to 2022. Currently, he is a Field Representative for the Montana School Services Foundation-MUST. Jim's academic credentials include a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership and a Bachelor of Arts in Science/Education from the University of Montana. He possesses a Class 3 Administrative Certificate with endorsements in Principal K-12, Superintendent K-12, and Broadfield Science 5-12.

The interviews are set to take place starting at noon on Monday, June 30, 2025, in the library, followed by a community meet-and-greet. The Board of Trustees looks forward to selecting a leader who will support the educational mission and vision of Noxon Public Schools.
