🎉 All-School Reunion – Volunteers Needed! 🎉
We’re excited to begin planning an All High School Reunion, and we’d love your help to make it a fun and memorable event for everyone!
To make this happen, we are forming committees and looking for volunteers to help with different parts of the event. Whether you have a little time or a lot, we’d love to have you involved.
Committees Needed:
Welcome & Registration
– Check-in table, name tags, greeting guests
Decorations & Setup
– Banners, signage, memory tables, overall atmosphere
Food & Beverage
– Organizing menu, coordinating cooking/serving, supplies
Entertainment
– Music, activities, games, schedule
Memory & Photos
– Yearbooks, photo displays, “then & now” pictures
Logistics & Cleanup
– Tables, garbage, layout, end-of-event cleanup
This is a great way to reconnect, meet others, and help create something special for our school community.
